PENINSULA PLACE EXHIBITION, NORTH GREENWICH

Our first project for the developer Knight Dragon is an exhibition showcasing a concept by Calatrava sited at the heart of its development at Greenwich Peninsula.

On display are architectural models made by the Studio Calatrava workshop, along with sketches which we had bespoke-bound into a book. CGIs of the development produced by Uniform are presented as lightboxes set into plinths hand-finished in textured polished plaster, and an interactive touch-screen displays a cross-section of the building, playfully animated by the illustrator Kam Tang. Specially commissioned short films play on monitors that appear to float in front of a backdrop of textural drapes in Kvadrat fabric.

The tree-like structural element featured in the concept for the galleria space, is celebrated within the exhibition at different scales, at 1:1 as a floor graphic, and as a 1:10 mirrored installation with ambient sound design by Screen Deep.

True Staging and Indigo Splash worked with us to transform the space into an immersive exhibition.
