Emulsion have designed a new exhibition for developer Knight Dragon, showcasing Peninsula Place, the new landmark scheme by Santiago Calatrava which will sit at the heart of its development at Greenwich Peninsula.

The exhibition features architectural models made by the Studio Calatrava workshop, along with a beautifully-bound book of Calatrava’s sketches.

Illuminated CGIs by Uniform are presented on plinths hand-finished in textured polished plaster, and an interactive touch-screen displays a cross-section of the building, playfully animated by the illustrator Kam Tang. Specially commissioned short films, including an interview with Calatrava, play on monitors that appear to float in front of a backdrop of drapes in Kvadrat fabric.

The tree-like structural element, a key feature of Peninsula Place’s galleria space, is celebrated within the exhibition at different scales, at 1:1 as a floor graphic, and as a 1:10 mirrored installation with ambient sound design by Screen Deep.
