The renovation of an expansive basement flat in West London for a growing family, including a sunken courtyard garden, utilising previously unused land above part of the basement and a roof terrace.  The project features mild steel bespoke designed staircases and structural glazing, with the addition of a striking blue-brick and galvanised steel-clad extension at street level.
