This season’s display for the British Fashion Council’s jewellery initiative showcases the work of the fine jewellery design competition winners, the ‘Rock Vault Dozen’.  The pieces crafted from palladium metal are displayed inside showcases against glittering industrial silicon carbide, in a deliberately imposing and over-scaled installation of matt black crystalline elements, starkly contrasting with the heritage setting. The black structure transforms as it travels through the building, appearing to pierce and connect the rooms and spaces.
