A former jewellery workshop building in the Hatton Garden Conservation Area, developed and converted into mixed-use retail with a residential apartment above. Planning consent for change of use was secured, and the building was extensively refurbished with a dormer roof extension added. The resulting quadplex apartment comprises three bedrooms with bathrooms at the lower levels, a living space with double-height study, and a roof terrace accessed from the top floor kitchen/dining level.
