The ground level of this house was fully refurbished and extended to the rear. The formal front room connects to a zoned open-plan space leading onto the rear garden. Custom joinery includes a kitchen combined with utility and storage functions, and a timber screen to the dining area combines a bespoke desk with the room divider, defining different functions of space for the client’s family.
