ELM COURT, BERMONDSEY

This apartment in Bermondsey was re-modelled to become a series of connected open-plan spaces where the living and private areas are separated by a bespoke sliding door.

The clients, both from the creative industries of design and multimedia, were keen for the space to have a Japanese influence. This created a minimal feel which is fused with an industrial aesthetic – the materials palette includes white oiled oak flooring (supplied by Devida), blackened mild steel and concrete panels.

The interior is completed with furnishings and fittings from Pastoe, Kvadrat and Vitsoe, with lighting by Deltalight, Decode and Isamu Noguchi.
