Bread Street Kitchen is a Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Jean Nouvel’s One New Change development opposite St. Paul’s Cathedral.

Emulsion was the architect alongside acclaimed interior designer Russell Sage Studio.

Our design for staircase and mezzanine was based around the concept of ‘Industrial Glamour’.  To achieve this, we worked closely with lighting designers Hoare Lea Lighting and structural engineers Lucking & Clark.
